Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @zucchini{1%unit}(halved and thinly sliced) on a baking sheet with a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp}, @italian seasoning{2%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Place @garlic{2%cloves}(wrapped in foil) on same sheet.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add @button mushrooms{8%oz}(sliced); cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy ~{5%minutes}. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Wash out pan.

Once zucchini is tender, transfer to a bowl with @grape tomatoes{1%cup}(halved); toss to combine.

While flatbreads toast, melt @butter{2%tbsp} in pan used for mushrooms over medium-high heat. Add @flour{2%tbsp}, @garlic powder{1%tsp}, and remaining Italian seasoning. Whisk constantly until lightly browned ~{30%seconds}.

Once roasted garlic is done, carefully transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop.

Broil @flatbreads{2%unit} until cheese melts ~{1%minute}. TIP: Watch carefully to avoid burning. Top flatbreads with @cream cheese{4%oz}, @mozzarella cheese{4%oz}, @sirloin steak{8%oz}(sliced), mushroom mixture, zucchini-tomato mix, chopped roasted garlic, and @chives{2%tbsp}. Sprinkle with @chili flakes{1%tsp} if desired.
