Heat a drizzle of @vegetable oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add onion and poblano pepper. Cook, tossing, until charred in spots ~{7%minutes}. Meanwhile, spread a thin layer of @cream cheese{4%oz} on one side of each @flour tortilla{4%unit}.

Add @ground turkey{12%oz} to pan, breaking up meat into pieces. Cook until no longer pink ~{4%minutes}. Season to taste with @salt{1%tsp}, @black pepper{1%tsp}, and @chipotle powder{1%tsp} (start with a pinch). Remove from heat.

Heat a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #small pan{} over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, tossing, until fragrant ~{30%seconds}. Add @mexican spice blend{1%tbsp} and cook, tossing, until fragrant ~{30%seconds}. Stir in @crushed tomatoes{14%oz}, cilantro, and @sugar{½%tsp}. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
