Preheat oven to 400°F. Finely chop @cilantro{1%bunch}. Zest and halve @lime{1%piece}. Halve, peel, and finely chop half of @red onion{1%piece}. Peel @mango{1%piece}, cut around the flat seed into ¼-inch slices, then cut slices into thick matchstick strips.

In a #small bowl{}, combine @sour cream{2%tbsp}, lime zest, and a squeeze of lime juice. Season with @salt{1%tsp} and @pepper{1%tsp}. Set aside.

In a #medium bowl{}, toss together mango strips, remaining red onion, cilantro, juice of remaining lime half, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Butterfly @chicken breasts{2%pieces} by carefully slicing into the breast parallel to your hand without cutting all the way through. Open like a book and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Rub both sides of chicken with 1 tbsp adobo sauce from @chipotles in adobo{1%can}. Set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp @olive oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook ~{5%minutes} to ~{7%minutes} per side until slightly charred and cooked through.

While chicken cooks, wrap @flour tortillas{4%pieces} in #aluminum foil{} and bake in oven ~{5%minutes} to warm. Alternatively, wrap in damp paper towel and microwave ~{30%seconds}. Halve, pit, and scoop @avocado{1%piece} into a #small bowl{}. Mash with a fork and season with salt and pepper.

Thinly slice cooked chicken. Spread mashed avocado onto tortillas and top with chicken, mango slaw, and lime crema.

Serve tacos with remaining mango slaw on the side.
