Wash and dry all produce.

Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid. Season @chopped chicken breast{12%oz} with @southwest spice blend{1%tsp}, @salt{1%pinch}, and @black pepper{1%pinch}.

Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through ~{6%minutes}. Remove from pan. Stir in @honey garlic sauce{3%tbsp} and toss to coat.

While chicken rests, prepare the slaw. In a small bowl, combine @mayonnaise{2%tbsp} and juice from half the @lime{1%piece}. Finely chop @scallions{2%pieces} and @cilantro{1%bunch}, then mix with @coleslaw mix{2%cups} and lime-mayo dressing.

Dice @tomato{2%pieces} and mix with remaining lime juice and @sugar{½%tsp} to make fresh salsa.

Wrap @flour tortillas{8%pieces} in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable ~{30%seconds}. Alternatively, warm tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat until browned and toasty.

Divide tortillas between plates and fill with chicken, @mexican cheese blend{½%cup}, slaw, and tomato salsa. Serve with @blue corn tortilla chips{4%oz} on the side. If you like crunch, try crumbling some tortilla chips into your tacos!
