Halve, peel, and very thinly slice @red onion{1%unit}, then mince 1 tbsp. Core, seed, and very thinly slice @poblano pepper{1%unit}. Peel @sungold kiwi{3%unit} and cut into small cubes. Halve, pit, peel, and cube @avocado{1%unit}. Finely chop @cilantro{1%bunch}. Halve @lime{1%unit}. Finely chop @chili pepper{1%unit}, removing ribs and seeds if you prefer less heat.

Heat a drizzle of @vegetable oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add sliced @red onion{} and @poblano pepper{}. Cook, tossing frequently, until softened and lightly charred ~{8%minutes}. (If you are having trouble getting everything to cook, add a splash of water.) Season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Remove from pan and set aside.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @sungold kiwi{}, @avocado{}, half the @cilantro{}, minced @red onion{}, and a squeeze of @lime{}. Season with @salt{} and @black pepper{}. Set aside.

Heat a drizzle of @vegetable oil{} in the #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @beef stir fry{12%oz} and @southwest spice blend{1%tbsp}, tossing to combine. Cook, tossing, until browned ~{3%minutes}. Season with @salt{} and @black pepper{}. Remove from heat.

While steak cooks, wrap @flour tortillas{4%unit} in a damp paper towel and microwave on high until warm ~{30%seconds}. (Alternatively, wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven at 425 degrees for ~{5%minutes}.)

Fill @flour tortillas{} with cooked veggies, @beef stir fry{}, and kiwi-avocado salsa. Dollop with @sour cream{2%tbsp}, then sprinkle with remaining @cilantro{} and as much @chili pepper{} as you like. Serve immediately.
