Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry produce. Trim and thinly slice @scallions{4%pieces}, separating whites from greens. Peel and mince or grate @garlic{3%cloves}. Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #medium pot{} over high heat. Add @coleslaw mix{4%oz} and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly charred ~{1%minute}. Transfer to a plate.

Heat a drizzle of oil in the pot used for cabbage over medium-high heat. Add scallion whites and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant ~{30%seconds}. Add @ground pork{12%oz}, half the @sesame seeds{2%tbsp}, and @salt{1%tsp}; cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through ~{5%minutes}.

Once pork is done, add @szechuan paste{2%tbsp} and @peanut butter{2%tbsp}; cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and combined ~{1%minute}. Stir in @pork ramen stock concentrate{1%unit}, @chicken stock concentrate{1%unit}, and @water{2½%cup}. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened ~{2%minutes}. Taste and season with salt and @black pepper{1%tsp} if necessary.

Once salted water is boiling, add @ramen noodles{2%packages} to pot. Cook until tender ~{1%minute}. Drain noodles; rinse under cold water for ~{30%seconds}. Divide noodles between large soup bowls. Pour broth over noodles and top with charred cabbage. Garnish with scallion greens, remaining sesame seeds, and @chili flakes{1%tsp} to taste. Serve.
