2Wash and dry all produce. In a medium bowl , combine diced skinless dark meat chicken, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Set aside. -
3Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add green beans and coated chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until green beans are tender and chicken is browned and cooked through ⏱️ 4 minutes to ⏱️ 6 minutes . Stir in sweet thai chili sauce and sweet soy glaze until heated through and well combined. -
4Massage microwavable rice in package to break up grains. Transfer rice to a second medium bowl (microwave-safe). Add water; cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave until warmed through ⏱️ 90 seconds . Stir in butter until melted. -
5Divide rice and stir-fry between shallow bowls in separate sections. Top with cashews. Serve immediately.
