@chopped chicken breast{10%oz}
@fry seasoning{1%tsp}
@sweet thai chili sauce{2%tbsp}
@kale{1%bunch}
@sweet soy glaze{2%tbsp}
@lime{1%unit}
@scallions{2%unit}
@bell pepper{1%unit}
@sriracha{1%tsp}
@ramen noodles{1%pack}
@cilantro{2%tbsp}
@peanuts{2%tbsp}
@salt{¼%tsp}
@black pepper{¼%tsp}
@cooking oil{1%tbsp}
@butter{1%tbsp}

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce.

Heat a large dry pan over medium-high heat. Add peanuts and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and fragrant, ~{2%minutes}. Transfer to a small bowl.

Once water is boiling, add ramen noodles to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, ~{5%minutes}. Drain and rinse under cold water.

While noodles cook, open package of chicken and drain off any excess liquid. Season with salt, black pepper, and fry seasoning.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through, ~{4%minutes}. Transfer to a bowl.

In the same skillet, add bell pepper and kale. Sauté until kale just begins to wilt, ~{2%minutes}.

Increase heat under pan to medium-high. Add drained noodles and butter. Toss until noodles are evenly coated. Tip: If sauce seems too thin, continue cooking until desired consistency is reached.

Stir in sweet thai chili sauce, sweet soy glaze, and sriracha. Return chicken and any accumulated juices to the pan. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through, ~{1%minute}.

Divide between plates. Top with scallions, cilantro, toasted peanuts, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve immediately.
