Halve blood orange; squeeze juice from one half into a #small bowl{}. Peel remaining orange half; cut into ½-inch pieces.

To bowl with orange juice, stir in sweet soy glaze, sweet thai chili sauce, ponzu sauce, and rice wine vinegar. If you like a sweeter sauce, stir in a pinch of sugar.

Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add green bell pepper, salt, and black pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender ~{2%minutes}.

Fluff white rice with a fork; stir in 1%tbsp butter until melted.
