@olive oil{1%tbsp}

Halve the ciabatta bread and toast in a #toaster{} or #skillet{} until golden brown ~{2%minutes}.

Wash and dry all produce.

Trim and slice the mini cucumber diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pick and roughly chop the fronds from the dill.

Spread the cut sides of the toasted ciabatta evenly with guacamole. Top with the sliced cucumber and drizzle generously with red pepper jam. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, crispy fried onions, and as many chili flakes as you like.

Divide the toasts between plates and serve immediately.
