@sweet thai chili sauce{3%tbsp}
@crunchy sesame salad kit{1%unit}
@mandarin orange{1%unit}
@salt{½%tsp}
@black pepper{¼%tsp}
@oil{1%tbsp}

Wash and dry produce. Halve @mandarin orange{1%unit}. Pat @chopped chicken breast{1%lb} dry with paper towels and season all over with @salt{½%tsp} and @black pepper{¼%tsp}.

Heat a drizzle of @oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned ~{4%minutes}.

Add @sweet thai chili sauce{3%tbsp} and juice from mandarin to pan with chicken. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened and chicken is glazed and cooked through ~{2%minutes}. Remove pan from heat and let cool slightly.

Meanwhile, in a #large bowl{}, toss @crunchy sesame salad kit{1%unit} with included dressing and crispy toppings. Divide between bowls. Top with chicken and serve.
