Wash and dry produce. Halve, core, and thinly slice @green bell pepper{1%unit} into strips. Crush @blue corn tortilla chips{½%cup} in their bag.

Heat a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp} in a large, preferably nonstick, pan over medium-high heat. Add @ground beef{1%lb} and cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned ~{5%minutes}. Add bell pepper, @mexican spice blend{1%tbsp}, and @sugar{½%tsp}. Stir to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until bell pepper begins to soften and beef is cooked through ~{3%minutes}. TIP: If there’s excess grease in your pan, carefully pour it out.

Stir in @tex-mex paste{2%tbsp} until combined. Cook, stirring occasionally, until bell pepper is tender ~{3%minutes} more. Taste and season with @salt{1%pinch} and @black pepper{1%pinch} if desired.

Meanwhile, gently massage @microwavable grain blend{1%package} in package to break up grains. Partially open package; microwave for ~{90%seconds}. TIP: Microwave times may vary—be careful when handling and opening package. Divide grain blend between bowls. Top with Tex-Mex beef. Garnish with @sour cream{2%tbsp}, tortilla chips, and @guacamole{¼%cup}. Serve with @hot sauce{1%unit} on the side.
