@fresh red salsa{½%cup}
@fajita spice blend{1%tbsp}
@pizza dough{2%pieces}
@lime{1}
@flour{1%tbsp}(for dusting)
@black pepper{to taste}
@salt{to taste}
@cooking oil{1%tsp}
@olive oil{1%tbsp}

Preheat oven to 475°F.

Wash and dry all produce.

Line a #baking sheet{} with parchment paper. Carefully press and stretch each pizza dough into a rough oval shape; place on the prepared sheet. -- TIP: If needed, use a rolling pin to help roll out dough.

Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large, preferably nonstick, #pan{} over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, long green pepper, fajita spice blend, a big pinch of salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until beef is cooked through and green pepper is browned and tender ~{4%minutes}.

Use flour(dusted) hands to press and stretch dough on baking sheet into larger oval shapes, about 10 inches long and 5-6 inches wide.

While pizzas bake, in a #small bowl{}, combine sour cream with juice from half the lime and as much lime zest as you like. Taste and season with salt and black pepper if desired.
