Wash and dry all produce. Halve, peel, and very thinly slice @onion{1%unit} into 1⁄2-inch-thick wedges. Deseed and slice @long green pepper{1%unit} into 1⁄2-inch strips. Trim and thinly slice @scallions{2%unit}, separating whites from greens; mince whites. Zest and quarter @lime{1%unit}. Peel and mince @garlic{2%cloves}.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @red cabbage and carrot mix{1%unit}, @mayonnaise{1%tbsp}, half the @sour cream{2%tbsp}, half the scallion greens, half the lime zest, juice from half the lime, and @sugar{½%tsp}. Season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Set aside. In a #small bowl{}, combine @guacamole{2%tbsp} with remaining sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a #large bowl{}, combine @ground turkey{12%oz}, garlic, scallion whites, @panko breadcrumbs{2%tbsp}, @tex-mex paste{1%tbsp}, half the @fajita spice blend{1%tsp}, remaining lime zest, and @water{1%tbsp}. Mix gently until thoroughly combined. Form turkey mixture into six 1½-inch meatballs. [- Coat hands with oil first to prevent sticking.] Set aside on a plate.

Heat a large drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add green pepper, onion, remaining fajita spice blend, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned ~{5%minutes} to ~{7%minutes}. Turn off heat and transfer to a plate. Wash out pan.

Heat a drizzle of oil in same pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and gently press down with a spatula to make ½-inch-thick patties. Cook until browned and cooked through ~{2%minutes} to ~{3%minutes} per side.

Divide fajita veggies and slaw between plates. Top veggies with turkey patties. Top patties with creamy guacamole and remaining scallion greens. Serve with remaining lime wedges on the side.
