    Preheat oven to 450°F and place a rack in the middle position. Wash and dry all produce. Peel and mince garlic . Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add half the garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant ⏱️ 30 seconds . Stir in tomato paste and half the italian seasoning . Cook until combined. Add pre-cooked turkey meatballs , sugar , salt , black pepper , and water . Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens slightly and meatballs are warmed through ⏱️ 1 minute . Stir in 1 tbsp of butter and turn off the heat.

    In a small bowl , combine the remaining 2 tbsp of butter and the remaining garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Microwave until the butter softens ⏱️ 10 seconds . Slice demi-baguette lengthwise, stopping just before cutting all the way through. Spread the cut sides with the garlic butter and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet . Toast on the middle oven rack until lightly browned ⏱️ 2 minutes . Carefully fill the toasted baguettes with the meatballs and sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese . Return to the oven until the cheese melts ⏱️ 2 minutes .

    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl , toss mixed greens with italian dressing until evenly coated. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
