Wash and dry all produce. Halve @heirloom grape tomatoes{1%cup}, remove stems and finely chop @kale{1%bunch}. Grate @parmesan cheese{½%cup}. Set aside @crème fraîche{1%cup} and @olive oil{2%tbsp}.

Pat @salmon{2%fillets} dry with paper towels. Season all over with @tuscan heat spice{1%tsp}, @salt{1%pinch}, and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Set aside remaining Tuscan Heat Spice for the next step.

While salmon cooks, in a #medium pot{}, combine @cannellini beans{1%can} with their liquid, @garlic powder{1%tsp}, remaining Tuscan Heat Spice, @water{½%cup}, @salt{1%pinch}, and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until liquid has thickened and reduced ~{5%minutes}.

Slice @salmon{2%fillets} crosswise.
