Wash and dry all produce. Cut @potatoes{1%lb} into ½-inch-thick wedges. Trim and slice @button mushrooms{8%oz} into ¼-inch-thick pieces. Halve, peel, and thinly slice @red onion{1%unit}. Roughly chop @cilantro{2%tbsp}. Zest and quarter @lime{2%unit}.

Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss potatoes on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}, half the @fry seasoning{2%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Roast on top rack until browned and tender ~{18%minutes}.

In a #medium bowl{}, toss mushrooms with a large drizzle of olive oil, @smoked paprika{1%tsp}, remaining fry seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a #small bowl{}, combine @bbq sauce{½%cup}, @mushroom stock concentrate{1%unit}, @water{¼%cup}, and a pinch of @sugar{1%tsp}.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, until softened ~{4%minutes}. Add mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender ~{4%minutes}. Reduce heat to low; stir in BBQ sauce mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and filling is coated ~{2%minutes}. Remove pan from heat.

In a second #medium bowl{}, combine @red cabbage and carrot mix{2%cup}, cilantro, lime zest, juice from half the lime, a drizzle of olive oil, ½ tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Slice @demi-baguette{2%unit} lengthwise, stopping before you get all the way through. Toast until golden brown ~{3%minutes}.

Fill toasted baguettes with BBQ mushroom mixture and as much @hot sauce{1%unit} as you like. We highly recommend adding a bit of slaw to your sloppy joes too. Divide sloppy joes, potato wedges, and any remaining slaw between plates. Serve with remaining lime wedges on the side.
