    Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    Toss zucchini on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil , 1 tsp italian seasoning , a pinch of salt , and a pinch of black pepper . Place garlic (peeled and wrapped in foil) on the same sheet. Roast until zucchini is tender ⏱️ 15 minutes .

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add button mushrooms ; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy ⏱️ 6 minutes . Season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Wash out pan.

    Once zucchini is tender, transfer to a bowl with grape tomatoes ; toss to combine.

    While flatbreads toast, melt 1 tbsp butter in the pan used for mushrooms over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp flour , ½ tsp garlic powder , and remaining italian seasoning . Whisk constantly until lightly browned ⏱️ 30 seconds . Stir in cream cheese until smooth to make the white sauce.

    Once roasted garlic is done, carefully transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop.

    Broil flatbreads until mozzarella cheese melts ⏱️ 1 minute . Watch carefully to avoid burning.

    Spread the white sauce onto flatbreads. Top with roasted garlic, zucchini mixture, bacon (cooked and crumbled), chopped chives , and chili flakes to taste. Serve immediately.
