1Adjust oven racks to top and middle positions. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. -
2Toss sweet potato on a baking sheet with a drizzle of cooking oil , garlic powder , blackening spice , salt , and black pepper . 3Using kitchen shears, cut along the underside of each lobster tails shell, leaving meat intact and stopping at the tail. Pull sides of shell apart to expose meat. Do not remove meat from shell.lobster tails: 2 -
