    medium pot Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt . Wash and dry all produce.

    large pan Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add button mushrooms ; season with salt and black pepper . Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy ⏱️ 6 minutes .
