    Wash and dry all produce.

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add peach , sliced; cook until lightly browned and fork-tender ⏱️ 1 minutes to ⏱️ 2 minutes per side. Add water and sugar ; cook, stirring, until liquid has thickened and is syrupy ⏱️ 1 minutes to ⏱️ 2 minutes more.

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil , dijon mustard , garlic (minced), juice of half the lemon , peach jam , butter (melted), and a pinch of salt and black pepper until smooth.
