    Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry produce.

    Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add onion , long green pepper , and garlic powder . Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned ⏱️ 5 minutes . Season with salt and black pepper . Remove from heat.

    While veggies cook, place flatbreads , dimpled sides down, on a baking sheet . Rub tops with olive oil ; season with salt and pepper. Line the baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Bake until lightly toasted ⏱️ 3 minutes .

    Open package of chopped chicken breast and drain off any excess liquid. Toss with italian seasoning , salt, and pepper. Cook in the same pan until heated through ⏱️ 2 minutes .

    While chicken cooks, in a small bowl , combine mayonnaise , sour cream , and remaining garlic powder. Add water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

    Once flatbreads are toasted, remove sheet from oven. Carefully flip flatbreads dimpled sides up. Evenly divide mozzarella cheese between flatbreads and top with chicken and veggies. Bake until cheese is melted ⏱️ 2 minutes .
