1Bring a medium pot of water with a large pinch of salt to a boil. Mince garlic . Peel and mince ginger . Thinly slice scallions , keeping the whites and greens separate. Trim and discard the bottom inch of baby broccolini . 4With ⏱️ 15 minutes left on the rice, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add broccolini and cook, tossing, ⏱️ 6 minutes , until crisp-tender. Season with pepper . 5Heat the same pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add beef and cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and no longer pink ⏱️ 5 minutes . -
