1Wash and dry all produce.

2Zest and halve orange ; squeeze juice into a small bowl until you have ¼ cup, discarding any seeds. Cut remaining orange into 8 wedges.orange: 1 unit

3Roughly chop pistachios .pistachios: 1 oz

4In a small pot , combine rolled oats , dried cranberries , orange zest, orange juice, half the cherry jam , 1½ cups water , 2 tbsp sugar , and a pinch of salt . Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. 5Remove from heat; stir in half the crème fraîche and 1 tbsp butter . The oats will thicken as they sit.crème fraîche: 2 tbsp, butter: 1 tbsp

6While oatmeal cooks, in a second small bowl , combine remaining crème fraîche and remaining jam. Add water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

7Divide oatmeal between bowls. Sprinkle with pistachios and semisweet chocolate chips . Spoon cherry drizzle over top. Serve with orange wedges on the side.semisweet chocolate chips: 2 tbsp
