    croutons: 1 c, bacon: 4 strips, baby lettuce: 2 c, flatbreads: 2 pieces, caesar dressing: 2 tbsp, lemon: 1 unit, mozzarella cheese: 4 oz, roasted onion & garlic spread: 2 tbsp, parmesan cheese: 1 oz, tomato: 1 unit, black pepper: 1 tsp, olive oil: 1 tbsp, salt: 1 tsp

    Adjust oven rack to the top position and preheat broiler to high. Wash and dry all produce. Cook bacon in a small skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble. Halve lemon and quarter tomato.

    Place flatbreads dimpled sides down on a baking sheet .

    Remove baking sheet from oven. Flip flatbreads dimpled sides up. Spread roasted onion & garlic spread evenly over each. Divide mozzarella cheese and tomato quarters over flatbreads. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly ⏱️ 2 minutes .

    Arrange baby lettuce on plates. Top with warm flatbreads, caesar dressing, and croutons. Grate parmesan cheese directly over everything. Serve with remaining lemon wedges on the side.
