  • arugula
    1 c
  • balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp
  • fresh mozzarella
    6 oz
  • olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • peach
    2 pieces
  • pepper
    to taste
  • pizza dough
    1 unit
  • salt
    to taste
  • walnuts
    ¼ cup

    Preheat oven to 450°F. If prepping ahead, remove pizza dough from fridge to reach room temperature.

    Stretch dough into a rough ¼-inch thick rectangle. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and prick all over with a fork. Bake ⏱️ 10 minutes until edges begin to brown.

    Meanwhile, halve, pit, and slice peach into wedges. Roughly chop walnuts .

    When dough is lightly golden, tear fresh mozzarella into small pieces and sprinkle over dough. Top with peach wedges. Return to oven ⏱️ 6 minutes until cheese melts.

    In a medium bowl , toss arugula with balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of olive oil . Season to taste with salt and pepper .
