    Wash and dry all produce.

    In a medium bowl , gently combine ground pork , garlic powder , sugar , salt , and black pepper . Form into 2 even patties.

    Meanwhile, halve brioche buns and toast until golden.

    In a small bowl , whisk mayonnaise , gochujang sauce , and sesame dressing until smooth to create the aioli.

    Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork patties and cook until deeply browned and cooked through ⏱️ 8 minutes .

    Spread cut sides of buns with gochujang aioli. Fill with cooked patties and top with crispy fried onions . Serve with dressed greens on the side.
