    Wash and dry all produce. Trim asparagus . Halve grape tomatoes . Trim scallions , separating whites and greens.

    Pat organic chicken cutlets dry with paper towels. Season all over with half the savory paprika blend , salt , and black pepper .

    While chicken cooks, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a small pot over medium-high heat. Add scallion whites, tomatoes, and reserved Savory Paprika Blend; cook, stirring, until fragrant ⏱️ 30 seconds .

    Stir pearl couscous , chicken stock concentrate , and water into pot. Simmer until tender. Stir remaining romesco sauce into pot. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Top with toasted sliced almonds and scallion greens. Saute asparagus with cooking oil and serve alongside.
