    rice wine vinegar: 2 tbsp, sweet thai chili sauce: 3 tbsp, sesame ginger crunch: 1 tbsp, mixed greens: 6 oz, ranch steak: 12 oz, mini cucumber: 2 unit, grape tomatoes: 8 oz, garlic-ginger scallion paste: 2 tsp, lime: 1 unit, crispy fried onions: 2 tbsp, peanuts: 2 tbsp, salt: 1 tsp, olive oil: 3 tbsp, cooking oil: 1 tsp, black pepper: 1 tsp

    Wash and dry all produce.

    Pat ranch steak dry with paper towels and thinly slice crosswise. Transfer to a medium bowl and season with sesame ginger crunch, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl , whisk together rice wine vinegar, remaining sweet thai chili sauce, 2 TBSP olive oil, and juice from one lime wedge.

    In a large bowl , toss mixed greens, mini cucumber(thinly sliced), and grape tomatoes with as much dressing as you like. Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
