    Wash and dry all produce.

    While farro cooks, halve, peel, and thinly slice shallot . Halve tomato lengthwise; cut crosswise into ¼-inch-thick half-moons. Halve, core, and thinly slice green bell pepper into strips. Roughly chop dill .

    In a small bowl , combine shallot, white wine vinegar , 1 TBSP water, ½ tsp sugar , and a pinch of salt ; cover with plastic wrap and microwave for ⏱️ 30 seconds . Stir and set aside to pickle.

    In a second small bowl , combine yogurt , half the chimichurri , and half the cumin .

    Open package of chicken breast and drain off any excess liquid. Season with shawarma spice blend and za'atar spice .
