1Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. Trim scallions , separating whites from greens, and mince whites. Peel and mince garlic and ginger . 2In a large bowl , combine ground pork , panko breadcrumbs , ponzu sauce , scallion whites, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt and black pepper . Form mixture into two 1-inch-tall loaves. Line one side of a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly oil with cooking oil ; place loaves on foil-lined side. 3Toss sweet potatoes and bell pepper on unlined side of sheet opposite porkloaves with a large drizzle of cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on top rack until porkloaves are browned and veggies are almost tender ⏱️ 20 minutes . -

5Once porkloaves and veggies have roasted ⏱️ 20 minutes , remove sheet from oven. Carefully brush porkloaves with half the sweet soy glaze .
