2Preheat oven to 475°F. -
3Wash and dry all produce. -
4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully press and stretch each pizza dough into a rough oval shape; place on the prepared sheet. -
5Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large, preferably nonstick, pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, long green pepper, fajita spice blend, a big pinch of salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until beef is cooked through and green pepper is browned and tender ⏱️ 4 minutes . -
6Use flour(dusted) hands to press and stretch dough on baking sheet into larger oval shapes, about 10 inches long and 5-6 inches wide. -
7While pizzas bake, in a small bowl , combine sour cream with juice from half the lime and as much lime zest as you like. Taste and season with salt and black pepper if desired.
